What Will Delivery Cost? (UK Mainland & IOW)
As a rough guide, we will ship up to 20kg of goods from £4.99+VAT. Lighter orders can be less and heavier orders will cost more.

1. Fill your cart with the goods you want and click the View Cart button.
2. Select your region from the drop-down list and see your shipping options shown (note: add VAT at 17.5%).

If you are entitled to a free option, it should be highlighted but you will need to select it.

When Will Delivery Be? (UK Mainland & IOW)
Our Next Business Day couriers collect every business day and deliver the next business day (*1).
Examples: order Monday for delivery Tuesday or order Friday for delivery Monday. A public holiday (bank holiday) means no collections or deliveries, so adds a day to the delivery time. Example: order Friday for delivery on the Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday.

Economy delivery takes one to four business days. (*1, 2).
Examples: Order Monday for delivery Tuesday-Friday or order Friday for delivery Monday-Thursday. A public holiday (bank holiday) adds a day to the delivery time.

Other services as described below. All delivery estimates quoted in business days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not).

Important Notes (All Regions)
1. Please order by 3pm (UK time) otherwise your delivery schedule is likely to be a day longer. Our terms apply to delivery schedules.
2. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods during the times your goods are likely to arrive. If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.

	Initial City Link Often cheapest for your Next Business Day deliveries. If there is nobody at the provided delivery address to sign for the goods, they will attempt to leave with a neighbour. Find depots.
	Interlink Express Interlink have more depots than City Link, so if they miss you, you might not have to go as far if you want to collect your parcel. Find depots.
	Parcelforce 2-3 working day service. Parcelforce use their relationships with Post Offices to allow convenient local collection services. More info.
	Royal Mail Standard Service: We use a 1st class or airmail service. Please note Royal mail do not guarantee 1st class transit times.
	Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm are delivered next day by 1pm, including Saturdays.
	Collection from SVP We have a trade counter collection facility, but please check our specific instructions first. More info.

Which areas of the UK take longer for delivery?
The following list of part postcodes represents areas where our UK courier deliveries will take an extra day to arrive, in comparison with the rest of the UK. This list is only accurate where you've chosen 'Next Business Day' or 'Economy' delivery.

Areas where Saturday delivery is not possible:
Saturday courier deliveries are not possible to the following, generally more remote, areas. Please do not attempt to place an order for Saturday delivery if the first part of your postcode matches the following list as our order receiving system is not currently able to verify availability automatically.
