Do not trust
Failed catastrophically for me. After just a few months of use it has become irreparably corruped and any files copied to it or edited are corrupted. Cheap and cheerful, maybe so. But, as you end up finding out, cheap doesn't mean anything when it can't be trusted to hold your data. Avoid.

Slow and unpredictable
I bought 3 of the 4GB capacity units at the same time and they all work differently.
One works perfectly.
One refuses to work on my XBOX 360 as a removeable drive.
The last one is ridiculously slow. It is like having USB 1 all over again.
I'm going to try them a few more times just to make sure that they are performing in this way before I contact SVP.

Mine was okay!
I bought a 2Gb clear top one of these about a year ago and have absolutely hammered it in that time transferring from one PC to another without a single fault. Can't say about transfer speeds relative to better brands.

Not trusted
Ive owned USB Flash pens since they first came out commercially back in 2002. I remember paying over £100 for a 128MB one (which is still in use). Since then Ive owned bigger and bigger capacity ones. Never had any problems with any one of them. Decided to buy two 4Gb version of these. The first one failed within a couple of months. Now Im worried that the next one will fail anytime and is not to be trusted. I will buy others to replace these (actually just an excuse to get the bigger 8GB ones ;-) ).

size
When this arrived I was so dissapointed, it was twice the size of any of my other flash drives, and no good at all because I bought it for an electronic photo frame, but because it is so big it sticks out too far and because it has an led on the end flashing away as it is loading, it attracts your eye away from the frame. It is also very slow, taking twice as long to load the same pics as a datawrite flash drive I have. *** SVP Tech Note for all readers of this review: If you are buying a memory product for a digital photo frame, we'd recommend you buy an SD card rather than a pen drive. They are smaller and don't have lights on.

Just not reliable enough
I would love to be able to sing the praises of this product, especially
because the price and the customer service are so good. However, I have
just had the replacement drive fail on me after a month (the first only
lasted a few days). Fortunately, I have only been using it with files that I
have backed up elsewhere, so it's not too disastrous for me, but it's a
pain to find a replacement again. One drive failure could just have been
my bad luck, two means that the product is really not that reliable and
could fail on you at any time without warning.

Does the job
No frills product.
Came with minimal packaging, and doesn't offer any U3 features and ready boost compatibility, but if you just want a cheap pen drive for moving data around these work very well. Have had 5 now for friends and family and they are all working perfectly.
