We always recommend that customers keep the firmware on their DVD writers up to date. This is especially true in the case of high-speed media as most reported problems are due to out of date firmware. Click here for our guide to firmware upgrading.

Not bad but...
Most of these discs have burned for me without problem (on an old but trusty Pioneer DVR-109) but - as has been commented already - you can't write on them. If only I could find I white marker, I'd be happy. Otherwise, good value at the price, if you don't mind not being able to identify what's on the disc once it's burned ;o)

Udate not as good as i thought
I reviewed these discs back in November 2007 and gave them very good review, however i have now used over 250 of these discs and out of the second 150 i have had over 30 coasters which makes them not good value at all. on reflection and as it appears to depend on good and bad batches i will not now be buying them again.

Had Better But!
Bought 300 of these in September 2007 out of 120 i have had 2 coasters which is not bad for the price. The only downside is that it does not matter what colour pen you write with you can not read the discs in certain light conditions. My DVD Writers are both Plextor 750A's (their aftersales service is second to none) would buy these again
