Now available in spindle tubs of 50 discs, these Datawrite DVD+R have a grey coloured top surface featuring the Datawrite and Titanium branding with a three-lined area at the bottom of the disc to display the disc contents. The writing surface of the disc is purple.
Datawrite inform us that this disc is one of the toughest discs they've ever made. This claim is backed up by several pieces of technology.
1) The dye is a of a high quality which means that all hardware will be able to make good quality, long lasting recordings of video/data/music. 2) Datawrite have paid particular attention to the quality of the polycarbonate layer (the middle section of the disc). This will improve the discs long term performance. 3) The top of the disc is protected by the titanium coloured top surface.
We always recommend that customers keep the firmware on their DVD writers up to date. This is especially true in the case of high-speed media as most reported problems are due to out of date firmware. Click here for our guide to firmware upgrading.

Datawrite Titanium
Rubbish, less than half the discs work out of the 2 x 50 packs that I purchased, all the dics that did work were for home movies and they wouldn't play properly, kept jumping and the DVD player kept showing "Dirty Disc" error message! Poor quality and very dissapointed as I have used the 8x version of these and they worked very well.

Datawrite Titanium
found half of the disks in the pack to be poor quality, after burning a few of these i notice imperfections in the dye and the layers of the disk also seperated in places before i had even used them.
