JetTek Epson R285 Cartridges
I bought 3 sets of these cartridges. 1 was given to a friend and have not had a report of any problems as yet.
Of the ones I have used none of the black,magenta or cyan were recognised at all and the others were but when the printer, which is an R285 said they were empty, they did in fact still contained an appreciable amount of ink.

not 100% compatible
Replaced all my original carts with these, first my black wasn't recognized, I removed and re-placed it back in, and all was fine, print quality is excellent. Today I keep getting a message every time I print saying that my light magenta is either non genuine or a refilled cart. I have to click ok to continue printing AND I've lost ink level monitoring on this cartridge.I binned off my Canon for this reason

best inks except for originals
These inks are excellent. The print quality is excellent, the colours in photos are deep and rich and the carts seem to last for ever.
If you are worried about using compatibles, I can vouch for these.

I'd like to Re-review this product
After only two month of light use with these cartridges my printheads are now blocked. I tried cleaning and cleaning till the ink which was nearly full ran out. Looks like i'll now have to replace my printer. This was only the second time I'd ever replaced the cartidges so I'm not happy at all. I should have trusted my instincts. I it looks to good to be true it probably is

Not 100% compatible :-(
Put the whole set in to my feb 2008 bought RX585 as recommeded, but the magenta is not recognised. Had to put an original magenta in and now everything is black and white only! Needed to replace the whole set with original epson ink to recover my RX585.
THese inks are not compatible with the newest model printers.

JetTek Compatible Epson R285 Cartridges
After reading these reviews I was a bit skeptical but after being assured by Technical Support that they were 100% compatible I ordered a couple of sets for my newly arriving Epson R285 (I received one as a gift else I would have purchased it from here). The cartridges & printer arrived at the same time so I took the plunge & installed the 6 JeTek compatibles as soon as I had unpacked the printer. After installing the printer driver & initializing the printer a test print came out PERFECT and a run with the Print Head Test Pattern showed the print heads to be PERFECT.
Subsequent printing of photographs on glossy paper came out as good as Photographic Print.
I give these 9/10 only because the price does not compete with cartridges for my long lost Epson R200 :(

i bourght the jet tec for my epson r265 a few months ago ive only changed the black a few days ago.i printed out a few photos all ok.today i changed the yellow again all seems to be ok.i still have the other four colours to change at a later day.so far these work as well as the epsons i cant see no difference in picture quality so i give these ten out out of ten

Cheap but money down drain
Beware these are NOT 100% compatible with models made after 31st March 2007. Light Cyan and Megenta are nightmare and at moment have used 2 light cyan but will not recognise.
These have obviously not been tested thoroughly by Jet Tec
