The Prodisc equivalent to Ritek's G05 and CMC's AE1 dye full-face inkjet printable 8x DVD-R. It has most of the same features as the two previously mentioned discs, and is a little bit cheaper than either of those at the moment! Very good value.
Inkjet printable discs are becoming increasingly popular with customers who have bought themselves an inkjet disc printer such as the Epson R265 or R300. The full-face printable surface of these discs allow you to print right up to the centre hub and the print quality has been well reviewed by SVP customers.

Very poor
I brought 300 of these 2 packs had about 40 disks with bad ink runs and the other pack was EVEN worse evertime I burn a disk with my Acard exactly the same point on EVERY disk the ink leaves a big badly burnt patch. My advice bDON'T buy spend the extra few quid and buy Smartbuy disks

100% sucess at 4x
i haven't tried 8x but i must have used 300 of these babies at 4x and not one coaster.
As long as they are available at this great price i'll stick with them.

Burning at x4, not x8
I've had the same problem as Mark whereby the burners (3 different ones, sorry I don't know the makes) all see the disc as x8 but immediately bomb out if you burn at that speed (Nero/Alcohol). Reducing to x4 solves everything.
Other than that, no problems with the discs but I wouldn't rate them as high as most people have done.

Pretty awful
Don't know if i got a bad batch but only three of these so far have burned at the 8X mark. My drive recognizes them at 8X but only burns them at 4X. I am (was) using a NEC 3500 with maddog firmware.
I got a new Samsung SH-203P couple of weeks ago and still the same results :((
However the printable surface is excellent and the results are stunning I'm afraid that is all the the praise I can give for these discs.

No Problems
Run off a few hundred of these on my NEC 2510a and optiarc 5170a with no faults at all, even burning simultaneously at 8x. Printable surface dries instantly with R200 Epson, although the finish is a little matt.

Still good disks :)
I have previously been through 3 tubs of these with very low error rates (one tub was a bit hmmm but no ral failures).
Printable prodiscf01 disks seem IMO to be the best you can buy in terms of value-price ratio.
These are my second fave disk that SVP sell... My first choice is product [3536] SmartBuy Full-Face Printable 8x DVD-R which are also prodiscf01 and just like these out of stock as i type :(
SVP Please get stock of both in again ASAP if possible is all i can say.
It looks like im gonna have to hunt round elsewhere for places that have stock (oh no!!!) of these or better yet the smartbuy versions or end up going the for next best thing from SVP which is ritekg05 (which can vary in quality massively)... Maybe i will have to stop being a penny pincher and buy genuine taiyo yuden cos CMCMAG rubbish just doesnt cut it for me.
Next time they are in stock be quick folks
