As with all RiDisc products, this is another great value for money disc that is very compatible and will work well in most hardware.
This disc has a silver inkjet printable surface instead of the more common white printable surface and will appeal to those people who own an inkjet CD/DVD printer such as the Epson R220 or R300.

Quality Dropped
I have had to throw away about 25% of the latest batch of 600 discs I recieved as the printable surface quality was so poor:-
- droplets of the covering material on the printable side.
- An unpleasant sticky feeling to the printable side. presumably due to the overuse of the covering material which has also caused the droplets to form.
6 months ago I gave these discs 10/10. I will not now be purchasing any more until I see some sign that Ridisc have improved their quality control.
Sucha a pity as other than these problems they were excellent discs

excellent all round Cds
I use about 100 CDs a week and these are my favourite
virtually no duplication errors
Print surface excellent, no marks or writing ( i have had to through away 30% of a competitors CDs because of marks on the print surface).
I use a Primera Bravo printer and have no problems (except the cost of the ink). But with silver CDs you can use the surface to your advantage and go for a very light ink coverage

Fantastic Print Quality
Burns great, used many, only about 3 bad discs out of 300 burnt.
Printable quality is fantastic with these. Had trouble at first because I was using the wrong setting on my Canon ip4000 printer.
After clicking Print in the Canon CD Label software, choose 'Light' instead of 'Heavy'. Less ink is used which is better suited for Silver printable discs.

Printable CDs
These discs are excellent - no problems writing with my NEC 3540 and they are print a superb picture using my Canon IP4000
