Excellent Webcam!!!
Just recieved this webcam today and installed it on my tower pc, what can I say not only does this cheap webcam has almost the same features as any premium webcam which will set you back £60+ its also simple to install and works just fine with MSN and Yahoo messengers
I could'nt justify in purchasing another top end webcam. Miss placed that last one so this was a good alternative!
10 stars for features and quality!

Excellent camera
Very impressed with these cameras. For the price they are superb! Obviously you can't expect video at high frame rates at high res. but at 640x480 the frame rate is excellent. Still pics at the highest res are also good.
I've only used them with XP, but I can't fault them.

Very high quality little thing, but not worthy of being called "4Mpx"
I got one of these speculatively, although I already have a reasonable webcam (which only works at 320x240).
The build-quality is great: a nice heavy, solid thing. The glass lens twists easily and obviously affects the focus (unlike some other adjustable focus cameras I've used).
The LEDs are a great idea, but if I'm in a room dark enough to need them I find them distractingly bright.
The clip is good, although not quite wide enough to grip my one of my LCD screens - I'd say it can grip up to 1.5cm thick object, no thicker.
I also tried using the camera in Linux, with the Microdia driver, but it cannot cope with low-light situations (i.e. indoors) and gives you a very dark image, rather than a slower framerate.
In WindowsXP, however, it works just fine and reports a maximum capture resolution of 2304x1728@RGB24 (15fps). At this resolution the image does tend to blur a bit, and my attempts to focus on some writing on the far wall showed an impressive level of detail, but at the cost of a grainy image which blurs anything that is not stationary.
However, as a cheap, solid, webcam to use with Skype et al, it gives a smooth framerate of well-lit images (no blurring at all) and gets the job done.
Pros: Solid construction, good picture at typical resolutions (640x480 / 800x600)
Cons: Highest resolutions aren't of practical use for video.
Summary: More than I was expecting for £9!

You get what you pay for
I should've known that £9 for a 4Mpix webcam was too good to be true!
Good quality stills, but move and you'll see nothing but motion blur. 30fps is irrelevant with blur this bad.
Avoid like the plague!
