buy with caution
I bought 4 packs of 50 in October 2007.
had some trouble straight away with discs failing part way through burning. These had faukt marks leading from the outer edge towards the centre. Some discs just wouldn't burn.
Out of the good ones (75%) I ended up burning at no more than 8x speed and had no further problems.
So all in all if you expect 25% failure they aren't as cheap as you think. and take into account having to burn at a slower speed, it makes them no longer on my shopping list.
Have been using on Pioneer 110, pioneer 111 and Lg 4167 drives.

Not the best
ordered 300 earlier this month 10 coasters out of 25 burnted and put it down to my Pioneer 110 so replaced with Pioneer DVR-212 18x SATA CD/DVD Writer (thanks Susie @ sales@svp.co.uk)first 4 were great then coaster after coaster same problem as Phil Winsor radial lines/blemishes etc.
the problem seems random and i will learn from this...cheaper is not good.
After all the moaning the UNMARKED disc's are good even great for the price

These discs are rubbish
I've opened two packs (of five that were purchased Nov 2007). The first pack could only be burnt at 4x (rather than 16x as advertised) but otherwise appear to be useable. The second pack burns at 8x and the first three or four appeared to burn OK but the next four disc were coasters. When I looked at the surface of the last disc I found that the reason for the problem is a myriad of radial lines that appear to be either stress fractures in the plastic or a manufacturing fault in the recording layer

Fantastic discs at a bargain price
Thanx SVP for doing me a favour and saving me money!
I normally buy the Ridisc 16x printables but they ran out of stock. I hummed and arghed over which ones to buy as my Canon IP5000 will not print to the 22mm diameter of full face discs sot his rules FF out the equation. SVP don't sell many discs with the large centre circle at 16x so I read a few reviews of these and thought I'd take a punt with 100.
Well, I wish I had bought more! They are excellent discs. Burnt many a disc and not 1 coaster. The added bonus with these is the fact they they are printables and the quality of the printed finish is superb.
These are now my first choice and I would recommend them to everyone.

Great value,great quality
I've bought various discs in the past that have cost more than this and haven't been anywhere near this quality.Bonus....no coasters and printable discs. What more could you ask for :-) I burn on a lite-on x20 and these will even burn at that speed.

Excellent DVD-Rs
Iv Burn about 30 of these discs at 16x and 50 at 12x and not one single coaster on my Pioneer DVR-112D. Fantastic value too. Most of them have been CMC MAG. AM3 but I did get about 7 of the MCC 03RG20 out of a 50 pack. Well worth the money.

Good, but only 1 out 6 packs were MCC 03RG20
I was disappointed that the dye was not as advertised. I bought 6 packs of 50 and only 1 pack was actually MCC 03RG20 dye. The rest were CMC MAG AM3 which is not as good as the MCC dye.

However, all have burned so far and the print quality was pretty good. Very good value for the price.

Would have received 10/10 if it had been MCC dye but loses a point for most of the packs being a different dye than stated.

Excellent value
Bought 50 of these, used about half, 100% success so far using Sony burner. Prints well using Canon IP4300. So top marks then.

Decent enough media!
Thought I'd try this media, and I was pleasently suprised. Burned half a dozen so far without fault. They were burned and verified in Nero, so I know the burns were 100%

Only minor fault is these come in shrinkwrap only, no spindle, which really gets on my nerves, especially if you don't have an old spindle to pop them on. Disks can get dusty and are prone to damage. A minor complaint I know! :D

Also, on some disks, the dye is sorta spattered across the very centre ring, doesn't effect burning in the least, but doesn't reallly say quality does it?

Overall, good for the price I'd say ;)
