Zero Defex has been a brand name for CDR and DVDR media products for a few years now. The brand has recently changed hands and the new owners are keen to raise the profile of the brand and to make it one of Europe's leading names in optical media with an emphasis on value for money and professional appearance. The disc looks much more expensive than it costs!
Inkjet printable discs such as these enable you to add your own designs to the top surface with affordable machines such as the Epson R265 and R300 inkjet printers. Combine that with the ability of double-layer discs to hold nearly as much data as a commercially-pressed DVD and you have the ability to create high-spec movie and data discs.
In common with other double layer discs, these discs have a data capacity of 8.5GB which equates to 240 minutes of video in standard play mode meaning you can fit even more of your favourite memories and yet still be assured that they are secure and protected.
ADVDInfo: CMC MAG D01-D04 Packaging: Zero Defex branded spindle tubs of 25 discs
We always recommend that customers keep the firmware on their DVD writers up to date. This is especially true in the case of double layer media as most reported problems are due to out of date firmware. Click here for our guide to firmware upgrading.

not good
thought i would try these instead of aones as out of stock.for xbox 360 back up rubbish.
i will not be buying these again, 50% are failing with power calibration failure then sometimes will burn on second or third attempt, when they have burnt will sometimes freeze, using a pioneer 112, no probs on any other discs, zero defex more like zero working.

Poor
Purchased a tub of these as an alternative to the excellent infiniti discs, but out of 10 burned so far, 3 failed to be recognised as blank discs in my Pioneer & Liteon drives (with latest firmwares), 2 burned successfully but hung in DVD player half way through playing and the others were coasters.... Maybe a bad batch, but my advice is to avoid..... If you are looking for a good disc, get the Infiniti printable DL's - these are excellent.
